Our tea blends follow your natal Moon, which is where the Moon was in the sky when you were born. No this isn't horoscope tea.

In astrology, Sun signs (what most of us are familiar with as "horoscopes") speak to ego and a person's outward style; the Moon speaks to how we feel, rest, digest, and regulate.

Herbal teas work with the bodies water functions.  We know the moon regulates the earths water (tides) and we aren't saying it does the same to humans, but one cannot deny our bodies connection to water and the monthly rhythm the moon offers. Herbs offers a way to balance how we feel, rest, digest, and regulate. 

While the Moon doesn’t move our bodies like it does oceans, it does set a monthly rhythm, we can all attest to. We created our teas with this rhythm in mind. We know that the moon provides us a regular cycle, which can be used in helping create habits. Many people find meaning and establishing a habit easier when a ritual is timed (monthly lunar return) and personalized (their Moon sign). Timing helps the habit; the herbal tea helps the body.

Our blends are created from locally grown, foraged and sourced herbs based on your natal moon (how you feel, rest, digest), we mapped each sign with the body correlation (e.g., Taurus → throat/jaw), and the herb's energetics (hot/cold, dry/damp), so your cup is meant to support your body's needs.

EMBER TIDE: Aries (head/ adrenals/spark)

Energetics: cooling with a little warm movement

Taste: mint-rose, red apple tart from hibiscus leaf
Why: cools Aries heat (mint/rose/cran-hib), keeps courage steady (tulsi), prevents slump (schisandra).

MEADOW & HEARTH: Taurus (throat/ jaw/thyroid/voice)

Energetics: gently warming + lightly moistening
Taste: cozy cinnamon-cacao, soft chamomile, citrus-lime lift
Why: moistens/thaws a tight or phlegmy throat. Limequat brightens; tiny Cuban oregano helps clear bogginess.

CURRENTS & BREEZE: Gemini (lungs/ bronchi/ nerves)

Energetics: cooling, tidy, lightly drying
Taste: bright mint-citrus, soft floral, clean finish
Why: clears light damp, settles “windy” nerves, keeps lungs open.

NEST & NOURISH: Cancer (stomach/ chest/fluids)

Energetics: cooling + moistening with aromatic lift
Taste: soft floral, vanilla-honeyed chamomile, gentle green

Energetics: clean lift, gently warming, caffeine-free
Taste: lemongrass-citrus with tulsi brightness
Why: swap maté for moringa; keeps focus without jitters; bitter-green carambola tidies.

SUMMIT & SAGE: Capricorn (bones/ tendons/ structural

Energetics: steadying, mineral, gently warming
Taste: green-nutritive with clean sage/rosemary edge
Why: minerals + nerve steadiness; gentle warmth for stiff/cold patterns.
Note: avoid licorice with uncontrolled hypertension.

Taste: mint-verbena with blue color, citrus-herb top note
