Makes great breakfast sandwiches, BLT's, dip in a queso or soup or just toasted with your favorite topping.
Loaves take me 2-3 days to make, between feeding the starter to get it active (which is what helps the bread to rise in the oven), stretch and folds, bulk fermenting, a cold ferment, and then baked. The grains in the flour are fermented, which help to break down the phytic acid, making it more digestible and allows your body to absorb more of the nutrients in it.
