Spanakopita (spinach pie)

Our sister in law's Greek family shared their love of food with us many years ago and one of our favorite things to make is spanakopita.

This feta, spinach pie is created with layers of phyllo, our Dilly Dill seasoning and lots of Love.

Enjoy cold or our favorite way, place in a pan on the stovetop and cook each side until crispy and warmed.

Available by the slice or a 6 piece casserole dish.
